Open Gym

Open Gym is an opportunity for our members to perform independent programming, while a coach monitors their training. If you don’t have your own programming, we will provide it for you as you move into taking these classes regularly.

This class style is hugely successful and very appreciated by our members as it allows time for any Olympic lifting, accessory work/ mobility/ strength/ endurance/ a missed WOD from earlier in the week, anything you need while still having the coaching resource for constructive help along the way.
