Just over 4 years ago i started my love affair with CrossFit. Since then I’ve lost over 50lbs but it’s what I gained that is so much more important; a lot of really awesome muscles, a healthier relationship with food, confidence, the ability to tackle hobbies like mountain biking and hunting, an athlete mindset, and an amazingly supportive community of people.

I jumped at the opportunity to coach CrossFit because I love seeing people find passion in the sport like I did. The biggest takeaway…if I can do it, so can you!
